We have focused our latest development cycle on the intersection of project planning, resource optimization, and financial transparency. The Advanced Gantt chart that tracks reality against the plan

The Gantt chart has always been the visual heartbeat of a project, but our new Advanced Gantt Chart transforms it into a dynamic command center for project managers. 

Baselines aka your single source of truth 

For professional services, scope creep is the single greatest threat to profitability. And the introduction of Baseline is the most powerful weapon against it. A Baseline allows you to take a permanent snapshot of your project schedule and budget at the time of contract signing.

As you make changes to tasks, timelines, or resources throughout the project lifecycle, the Baseline remains untouched. This gives you the ability to overlay the current reality against the original promise. 

You can instantly visualize where the project has drifted, providing objective data for internal reviews and client negotiations regarding change orders. This moves project management from reactive adjustments to proactive, data-driven control.

• The "Now" Line: A clear, moving vertical line that shows you exactly where you stand today against the planned schedule. This simple feature immediately highlights tasks that should have started or finished but haven't, giving you zero-delay alerts.
• Task Gap Views: Visualize dependencies and gaps between sequential tasks, ensuring smooth transitions and helping project managers optimize buffer time.
• Checklist Views: Quickly review and manage sub-tasks directly within the Gantt environment, streamlining oversight of complex deliverables.

Smarter notifications & proactive budget control

The old way of managing project budgets meant waiting around for the monthly financial report, by which time it was often too late to prevent overruns. Our new smarter notifications make the PSOhub platform a truly proactive management system.

Project managers will now receive automated alerts when used hours exceed the planned effort on specific tasks. This happens in real-time, or close to it:

• Early Warning System - For example, if a developer on a 10-hour task logs their 11th hour, the manager is instantly notified.

• Automated Invoice Creation - Invoices created in PSOhub based on approved time and expenses can now be seamlessly sent directly to Exact Online. 
• Transparent Client Documentation - PSOhub automatically processes detailed specification pages for all T&M hours and incurred expenses. These transparent documents are generated as PDFs and automatically attached to the emailed invoice sent to your customers.
