The Team

Our team is located worldwide, and most of the time, we are working remotely. Our team members have an independent, productive, and getting-things-done mentality and are eager to achieve their goals to contribute to our Mission. Working online doesn't mean we don't see each other; we have great team events physical meetings once a week, and we are always on and connected.

What will be your role?

At PSOhub, we're building smart project management software that helps service companies around the world run their business more efficiently. Our Mendix-based solution is used commercially and continuously improved to serve a growing customer base. We're a small, ambitious team with a strong focus on product quality, automation, and customer satisfaction. 

We’re looking for a Senior Mendix Developer who’s ready to take ownership—not just of new development, but also of keeping our customers happy by helping resolve complex issues and continuously improving the product. 

Requirements

• Extend and optimize our existing Mendix application to support new and evolving business needs. 
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Mendix solutions. 
• Act as a bridge between our product and support teams: 
• Take ownership of second-line support tickets that require development expertise. 
• Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues in collaboration with our support team. 
• Help identify and fix root causes rather than just symptoms. 
• Work closely with our Product Owner to clarify and refine stories and requirements. 
• Act as a technical sparring partner for the team, helping drive architecture decisions and best practices. 
• Guide and support fellow developers through code reviews, coaching, and pair programming. 
• Collaborate with UX/UI to deliver intuitive and high-quality user experiences. 
• Ensure our Mendix codebase meets high standards in quality, performance, and security. 
• Manage the full Mendix application lifecycle—from concept through deployment and monitoring. 

Your profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Mendix, ideally working on commercial or customer-facing products. 
• Proven ability to work with and extend existing Mendix apps in a structured, thoughtful way. 
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 
• A proactive, hands-on mentality with the ability to lead by example. 
• Comfortable working directly with customer support and end users to investigate and solve issues. 
• A pragmatic mindset and the ability to balance long-term quality with short-term goals. 
• Experience with REST integrations, application performance, testing, and Mendix security best practices. 
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices, HTML/CSS, and automated deployment is a plus. 
• Strong communication skills—you can work directly with stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly. 
• Fluent in English and/or Dutch.
